We found Taverna Omiros after we visited Hagenbecks Tierpark. We were hungry and wanted to find a restaurant nearby to eat. We decided to check out Taverna Omiros, which by its name you can guess it’s a Greek Restaurant.
Meat? Good, Salad? Okish. Zucchini and aubergine? Thumbs up, mostly because it wasn’t that greasy as some that we’ve experienced. In overall the food tastes alright and has some authentic taste like the one we tasted in Greece before. The portion of the food is just about right, but for its price we found it to be a little bit pricey to be honest.
One thing that we certainly enjoyed was the environment. If you happen to go on a sunny day, make sure you get a table outside – you will love it. As for the staff, they all were very friendly and helpful. We most likely going to visit it again if it happen to be in the neighborhood on a sunny warm day.
