We haven’t visited that many cares in Berlin till now but this one is for sure one of our favourite ones so far. Thing is, we like Matcha a lot and crazy as it sounds, that’s how we find this place. This is a Japanese tea cafe with a few different kinds of Japanese tea to drink and some delicious sweets.
During lunch time, they also serve a few different kinds of bento, and the taste is really great. So as we were out during lunch time, we decided visit it. During our visit there we try Karaage and Japanese curry. The bento comes with a small salad and Miso soup. The portion of the food is not so big (so if you eat a lot maybe order double portion), but it’s good enough so that we also have some space to try some dessert afterwards.
They have a few different selection of cakes, and we decided to go with the green tea ones. One thing we like about Japanese dessert is it is sweet, but not extremely sweet. Just a very mild taste of sweetness.
This green tea cafe is definitely one of our favourite spots in Berlin so far. It is a small cozy place, but it has delicious bento and sweets at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back whenever we miss some green tea desserts.
