Located at Brückenstraße in Mitte Berlin, Besh immediately impressed us with its beautiful interior, it looks so colorful and has such a unique vibe. It’s a place that feels both stylish and inviting, a perfect match for the fresh, vibrant food they serve.

The menu is entirely vegetarian, but don’t let that fool you! The flavor combinations are anything but boring. My favorite is their Falafel Bowl, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The portion sizes are incredibly generous – even the small size left me comfortably stuffed. For those with truly cavernous appetites, they offer a larger option as well.

The crispy falafel sits atop a bed of fluffy rice with carrots, a refreshing salad, some creamy hummus, tzatziki and spicy sauce. I usually like to skip the tzatziki since I’m not a big fan of it, and they were happy to accommodate me – that’s what they call the “vegan” version. Besh also treats their dine-in customers to a complimentary cup of tea, a small touch that adds a warm, homey feel to the already great culinary experience.

The staff at Besh truly deserves a shoutout. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive vibes of the restaurant.
