Coa Woks & Bowls located right next to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, making it very easy to reach and convenient to go. The restaurant serves great Asian fusion food, meaning if you are looking for authentic Asian food, you may have to go to some other restaurants, but if you are looking for delicious food inspired by Asian cuisine, Coa is the one for you.
We ordered Tofu Sate and Summer Rolls as appetizers. Both dishes tasted good though the portion is a little bit small for its price. The sauce was a good match with the food, and especially the fried tofu in the tofy sate, it’s delicious. Strawberry Lemonade is refreshing and tasty, it’s a drink we will recommend especially during summer time.
For the main dishes, we like Szechuan Beef a bit more, it was a little bit spicy, but good spiciness for us – we can eat a bit spicy, so if you can’t take spicy food at all, that could be a bit spicy for you. We find the sauce for Mekong BBQ Chicken taste good too, just a bit too salty. The main dishes are great to go with rice, we would like it more if there are little bit less sauce and if it is a bit less salty.
We think Coa is a nice restaurant to go to when you are around the Hauptbahnhof and would like to go to a nice restaurant with nice ambiance. We like the interior decoration and design. The food in the restaurant is not bad, and they also change the menu regularly. We will like it more if the portion of the appetizer will be a bit more or if the price is a bit less. Overall it is a nice place to meet up with friends.
