Pilio is one of the restaurants that we saw it has pretty good reviews on Google and we would like to try! The staff there speaks Greek & English and they are super friendly.
The restaurant has a very wide range of food to select from the menu. Since we couldn’t make up our mind what to order, the waiter suggested us to have the mixed grill plate – and that was a brilliant decision!
We had grilled lamb, chicken, pork and beef in the form of skewers, steak and of course gyros! The plate also had a “small” salad. One thing we will ask next time is to have the salad without the German dressing, it was a bit too much in our opinion. Probably the only thing making the restaurant not authentic enough.
If you are a meat lover you will most likely love the Herkules-Platte (we would recommend it). However, if you would like to try something different like fish or cooked food, they have several dishes for you to choose from.
